Process example : High precision process by Precision Micromachining center.

We are using Precision Micromachining center iQ300 made by MAKINO Milling Machine Co., Ltd. in Thailand mainly direct carving of Tungsten carbide die.
As the machine is used for other application , followings are two examples

1.1.Engraving to hard carving material.

By using small diameter cutting tool, it is possible to engrave to hard carving material.

2. Processing to soft material

Cupper and Aluminum material, we can expect much more beautiful finish due to linear guide axis specification, control unit is finer than conventional machining center.
